Permitted/Prohibited Items

What you can bring:

  • Baby strollers
  • Binoculars
  • Blankets (permitted unless otherwise stated on social media)
  • Chairs, fold-up style
  • Stadium cushions that sit directly on the ground
  • Small umbrellas

The Real Life Amphitheater has established guidelines regarding permissible items. It is essential for us to act as responsible stewards by strictly adhering to these guidelines without any exceptions. 

ll bags, purses, backpacks, and persons are subject to screening by security personnel. Guests entering the amphitheater should prepare accordingly and should be aware that there are no provisions for returning banned items to them when such items are left at the venue entrances. Individuals who deliberately attempt to bring banned items through security checkpoints are subject to removal from the facility.

All security measures are subject to change without notice. 

 

 

Do not bring:

In addition to items specifically listed here, other items that may be deemed to present a potential hindrance or threat may also be prohibited.

  • Aerosol cans
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Animals (exception for certified service animals)
  • Bags or parcels larger than 12x12x20 inches
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, segways, golf carts or other unauthorized means of transportation
  • Chairs with legs longer than 12″ with umbrellas or canopies that restrict sight
  • Coolers, thermostats or ice chests (except for medical needs)
  • Food and beverage (Please support our vendors)
  • Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material without written consent
  • Fireworks, explosives or other incendiary devices
  • Glass or metal containers of any style
  • Illegal substances
  • Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests (balls, frisbees, balloons projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers, etc.)
  • Large umbrellas or tarps
  • Tents or canopies (allowed on grass area only)
  • Any professional recordings, whether audio, video, or otherwise, made in connection with [Jesus Jam Fest] are strictly prohibited without prior written consent. All such recordings, when consent is granted, shall belong to [Freedom Outreach Ministry] and may not be used for financial gain or commercial purposes in the future without express written permission.”
  • Cameras with detachable lenses or attached lenses longer than 3 inches (Camera policies are dictated by the artist and are subject to change on a show-by-show basis)
  • Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, pepper spray, handcuffs

Food & Drink

THERE WILL BE VENDORS ON SITE. PLEASE HELP KEEP THIS EVENT FREE BY SUPPORTING OUR VENDORS.

ONLY SMALL ICE CHEST FOR MEDICATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED

Parking

PARKING ENTRANCES ARE ON LOOKOUT RD. UBER/LYFT PICKUP IS ENCOURAGED OFF OF EVANS RD.

Seating

 FEEL FREE TO BRING FLOOR CUSHIONS, BLANKETS, AND LAWN CHAIRS. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT AND SEATING IS OPEN AIR.

TENT NAILS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
